An organisation is recognized as any of the following:

1. Sporting Club - Properly constituted clubs whose aims and objectives are the promotion and organisation of all or any of the accepted branches of motorsport (competitive motoring or motorcycling)

2. Sporting Association - Properly constituted Associations whose aims and objectives are the promotion and organisation of all or any of the accepted branches of motorsport (competitive motoring or motorcycling)

3. Associate Member - Clubs and associations whose aims and objectives are solely of a social nature and who do not organize and/or promote any motorsport events of a competitive nature whatsoever. Associate Members will be non-voting members.

4. Companies - Companies that are duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the Act whose Memorandum of Incorporation clearly provide that the Company was incorporated with the objective of applying the Company’s resources in part or in whole to the promotion and organization of all or any of the accepted branches of Motorsport.
